Autumn Spice Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Chickpeas

sweet potatoes
peeled and cut into 1/2 -1-inch cubes

cooked chickpeas
may be from 1 (15 oz. can, drained and rinsed

melted coconut oil or avocado oil

ground turmeric
1/2
tsp
ground cumin
1/2
tsp
ground cinnamon
1/4
tsp
ground ginger
1/2
tsp
salt
1/4
tsp
ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine sweet potatoes, chickpeas, oil, and spices in a large bowl and mix well. Pour and spread evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
Roast 35-40 minutes, stirring once halfway through baking, until the potatoes are lightly caramelized on the sides.
