Chocolate Peanut Butter

Course Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups roasted unsalted peanuts or sunflower seeds for nut-free
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup cane sugar or coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth and your desired consistency is reached (this will take several minutes, and you may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the bowl several times). Enjoy!
