Chocolate Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich

Ingredients

slices
of whole grain, sourdough, or bread of choice
3
tbsp
chocolate peanut butter
1
small banana
sliced
1-2
tsp
coconut oil
Instructions
Spread nut butter on the inside of each slice of bread.
Layer the sliced banana on one slice of bread, then place the other slice on top.
Add the coconut oil to a small sauté or grill pan and warm over medium heat. Add the sandwich and cook, flipping after a few minutes, until the bread is golden on both sides.
Remove, slice in half, and enjoy!
