Chocolate Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices of whole grain, sourdough, or bread of choice
  • 3 tbsp chocolate peanut butter
  • 1 small banana sliced
  • 1-2 tsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Spread nut butter on the inside of each slice of bread.
  • Layer the sliced banana on one slice of bread, then place the other slice on top.
  • Add the coconut oil to a small sauté or grill pan and warm over medium heat. Add the sandwich and cook, flipping after a few minutes, until the bread is golden on both sides.
  • Remove, slice in half, and enjoy!
