Fast and Simple Hummus Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients
1
whole grain tortilla
whole wheat or gluten-free brown rice tortilla
1/4
cup
your favorite hummus
A handful of fresh spinach
1
cup
vegetables of choice
such as pre-roasted vegetables or halved cherry tomatoes
1
tbsp
nutritional yeast
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place tortilla on a baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper.
Spread hummus evenly onto your tortilla. Top with the fresh spinach, and additional vegetables of choice.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until browned and crisp. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Top with nutritional yeast, and enjoy!
