1/2cupcreamy peanut buttercan use other nut or seed butter
1tspvanilla extract
A pinch of salt
2-3tbspof wateronly if necessary to blend
Instructions
Add the Medjool dates, oats, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt to the bowl of a food processor and process until well combined. If the dough is dry, you may add a few tablespoons of water to help everything stick together.
Use your hands to form the dough into 1-1 1/2-inch balls. Place onto a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set. Enjoy!
