Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl
This creamy, protein-rich smoothie bowl is such a refreshing option for autumn pumpkin spice cravings!
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk of choice
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree refrigerated
- 2 Medjool dates pitted
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp nut/seed butter of choice
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Toppings: granola, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, etc.
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl, top with desired toppings, and enjoy!
