Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree refrigerated
  • 2 Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp nut/seed butter of choice
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Toppings: granola, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a bowl, top with desired toppings, and enjoy!
