Simply Avocado Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices bread of choice sourdough, whole grain, gluten-free, etc.
  • 1/2-1 ripe avocado mashed
  • A drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Italian herb seasoning
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Optional additions:
  • Sliced cherry tomatoes
  • hemp seed hearts
  • Nutritional yeast

Instructions
 

  • Simply toast your bread (or tortilla) in a toaster or the oven until crisp, then spread/layer on the toppings in the order that they are listed. Enjoy!
