1 1/2cupscooked chickpeasor 1 15 oz. can, drained and rinsed
1 1/2cupsfresh spinach
1/4cuptahini
2tbspfresh lemon juicefrom 1 lemon
2tbspextra-virgin olive oil

1/2tspsalt
1-2tbspwateras needed to reach desired consistency
Fresh parsleychopped
Instructions
Simply add all hummus ingredients except for parsley to a food processor and blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Scoop into a bowl, garnish with parsley, and serve!
