Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 small ripe banana frozen
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy vanilla or plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed optional
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend on high until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy!
