Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 cup semisweet or dark chocolate, melted optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until the mixture develops a smooth, creamy, and mousse-like texture.
  • Place in refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve in bowls or ramekins with the toppings of your choosing. Enjoy!
