Instructions
Whisk together the milk, mashed banana, and butter/oil in a large bowl. Add the flour, protein powder, flaxseed, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt, then mix everything together, just until combined.
Heat a bit of oil/butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4-1/3 cup mounds of batter onto the skillet. Sprinkle on the chocolate chips and, if desired, some banana slices. Allow to cook for a few minutes, until bubbles form and you can slide a spatula underneath. Flip and cook for a few more minutes, until set and golden.
Serve with pure maple syrup and any other toppings you love. Enjoy!

*Note: All-purpose flour, gluten-free all-purpose flour, spelt flour, and oat flour all work well!
